VAT Tax Policy

Samedaytshirtprinting.co.uk operates within the UK region and complies with the law by collecting and remitting VAT.

 

Order Validation

We verify the information you provide for validity after you place an order. We may reject or limit orders without giving a reason and will notify you by email if this occurs. If your order is rejected, your card will not be charged, but we will refund you if it has been charged.

 

Products Damage

We will not be responsible for the products damaged during the printing process. We try our best to perfectly print artwork on products.

 

Order Payment

Payment shall be made in advance. No job will be started unless 100% advance payment.

 

Order Confirmation

Your receipt of the order confirmation does not indicate acceptance or confirmation of our order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, even after it has been placed.

 

Order Shipping

You can either collect your order or ask us to ship you. For shipping outside of London, we use a third-party courier company to deliver your order.

 

Order Delivery Issues

We use a third-party courier to deliver your order within the deadline. If they fail to deliver on time due to their reasons, we won’t be liable for any loss or damage, and no refunds will be provided.

 

Order Collection

If you don’t collect your products within 10 days, we reserve the right to dispose of them.

Great service! I urgently needed 2 roller banners for a corporate event, after a big known company disappointment in delivering on time. I found these guys at 8 am and was able to get my banners for 12pm!! Incredible. Thank you so much. You guys saved my day.

This is the first time I’ve used East London Printer and they have been great. Turned around a last minute A1 mounted board for us in just a few hours and had delivered to us on time. Very pleased and will definitely be using again.

I wrote at least ten emails with the details of the marketing materials I needed urgently printed but did not get a price quote. They wasted my time when I needed urgent service. Not reliable at all. Not at all helpful. Poor customer service.
